We’re delighted to be able to have screenings back in person at The Lord Palmerston.
Because we’re not sure any of us are quite ready for full-capacity, windows-shut, packed-out screenings just yet, we are making a few changes until we’re all feeling comfortable with the ‘new normal’.
Mandatory seat reservations - you’ll have to reserve your seat for each film by replying to our newsletter. We will confirm your reservation ahead of the screening. (If you reserve a seat but we’ve already reached capacity we will put you on a priority list for subsequent screenings).
Limited capacity - all screenings will be 25 people maximum and seating socially distanced.
Masks on - until further notice, please wear a mask while watching a film. The room is an enclosed space and we know some people will be uncomfortable if others aren’t wearing a mask.
More ventilation - regulars will know we like to block out as much outside noise as possible (our tolerance for additional noise inside is also limited). But, for now, we’ll be keeping the windows open.
Membership extensions - we have extended everyone’s membership by 12 months. As always, we will notify you by email if your membership has lapsed.
We will be continually asking you for feedback and hope to get back to being able to accommodate more of you, more flexibly before too long.
If you have any questions or concerns please just leave a comment below or email us.
